Job Summary
Join Team Auto as a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences by assisting clients with inquiries, coordinating repairs and insurance matters, and managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and post-accident support to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate repair work updates and schedules with clients to maintain clear communication and satisfaction
- Liaise with insurance companies to arrange survey schedules and facilitate claims processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and conduct timely follow-ups to enhance customer experience
- File accident reports promptly and prepare necessary notices for insurance companies to support claims
- Manage email correspondence and update the client database to ensure information accuracy
- Perform assigned administrative duties to support daily operations and customer service functions
- Apply strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude in all interactions and tasks
- Multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
- Use MS Office proficiently to complete administrative and communication tasks
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and facilitate communication
Other Information
- Salary up to $3,500, based on attitude, experience, and qualifications
- One additional Saturday off per calendar month upon confirmation
