Key Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement , inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution
. Manage planning and forecasting activities
. Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team
. Responsible for processing and management of purchase Orders to manufacturers / suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules and inventories control.
. Being the point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries/shipments concerns
. Responsible for processing and management of customers orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner
. Perform logistics arrangements for deliveries (import/export/local) and work with transporters/forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues related to the shipment/delivery
. Review and prepare all shipping documents
. Perform Good Receive, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, liaise forwarders on custom documents, etc.
. Liaise with customers on deliveries/ shipments dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers orders fulfilment
. Handle L/C checking and amendments to customers and L/C negotiation with bankers including confirmation etc.
. Maintain high accuracy of SAP system information and ensure all procedures are followed correctly
. Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.
Requirements:
. Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
. 1-2 Years experience in similar role
. Prior experience working in Manufacturing sector will be advantages
. Able to manage multiple priorities and to handle challenging work demands and tight schedules
. Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment
. Meticulous and keen eye for details
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
