Job Description

Location: Taiseng

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support daily order fulfilment activities.

  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage billing documentation.

  • Coordinate delivery schedules and handle customer enquiries, complaints, RMA, and claims.

  • Support the distribution of samples, catalogues, and marketing materials.

  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.

  • Assist with customer visits, meetings, stock takes, and inbound calls.

  • Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • 2-3 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.

  • Experience in material planning, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is an advantage.
