Job Responsibilities:
- May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting and stock rotation).
- May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
- Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
- Perform required transactions using SAP system to support the daily activities for consignment program
- Analyze customer's forecast and liaise with customers closely to manage the fluctuations
- Maintains sufficient inventory on-site at all times to support customer
- Work closely with planners to ensure sufficient backlog is placed out to suppliers and follow up to ensure that necessary reschedules are done.
- Maintains a healthy inventory to generate good inventory turns
- Liaise with marketing and supplier for price extension
- Manage daily consignment pull data and consignment billing in SAP system
- Provide support to customer's queries and requests on site
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Possess minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
