. Coordinate with airlines on Airfreight rates and bookings

. Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates

. Liaise with vendors

. Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up

. Check shipments status / uplift

. Job costing

. Resolve problems when they crop up

. Save All Data and dcouments, in Company Internal Datebase
