Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for a Customer Service Executive/Officer. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, addressing customer support needs, and continuously enhancing service quality. Additional responsibilities include resolving client issues, maintaining records, and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with the company's standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Service Management and delivering excellence in client interactions
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in handling CRM tools and basic office software is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
