Customer Service Executive – Inbound & Outbound

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries and provide timely support through inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address customer enquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues.
• Follow up with customers and ensure proper closure of requests.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
• Meet customer service and performance targets.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Support, Call Centre, BPO, or BPS.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
