Job Description

Our client is a global healthcare organisation and we are seeking a Customer Service Executive fluent in both Japanese and Korean language to support the JP/KOR market in the order-to-cash cycle.

about the job

  • Support country-level forecasting and participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance demand with sales plans.
  • Execute the full Order to Cash cycle, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy in pricing and timelines while proactively resolving fulfilment issues.
  • Manage the exchange of essential shipping documents between suppliers and customers to facilitate import/export licensing and final deliveries.
  • Handle back-order fulfilment, process order change requests, and update system status upon successful delivery.
  • Complete invoice processing within specific billing cycles to ensure timely payment facilitation.


skills and experience required

  • Fluent in Japanese and Korean language with JLPT N1 and TOPIK Level 5/6
  • prior experience in customer service and sales support related functions.
