Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide end-to-end support for policy servicing, feedback, and request handling
  • Follow up on cases to ensure issues are resolved within service standards
  • Guide customers on the use of digital portals and mobile applications
  • Manage escalated cases and provide appropriate resolution or service recovery
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve service-related matters
  • Maintain accurate case records and complete necessary documentation
  • Support process improvements and service quality enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
