Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide end-to-end support for policy servicing, feedback, and request handling
- Follow up on cases to ensure issues are resolved within service standards
- Guide customers on the use of digital portals and mobile applications
- Manage escalated cases and provide appropriate resolution or service recovery
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve service-related matters
- Maintain accurate case records and complete necessary documentation
- Support process improvements and service quality enhancements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
