Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment status, customs queries, and documentation requirements
• Prepare, review, and submit import and export declarations accurately and timely
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Declare import n export permit
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
