Job Scope:
- Handle customer enquiries on import/export shipments
- Arrange and coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors
- Coordinate import/ export shipments with internal and external parties
- Monitor shipment status and inform customers of any delays or issues
- Proactively follow up on urgent shipments
- Liaise with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams
- Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on delivery status
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs clearance) to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage documentation filing and data entry into the system
- Handle billing process and customers on billing disputes
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Job Requirements:
- Relevant prior customer service experience in the logistics or airfreight industry is preferred
- Good in communication with internal and external department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
