Job Description:
- In charge of preparation and processing of sales order and handling of documentations
- Responsible ensuring the accuracy in documents and emails as well as preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations
- In charge of following up on the status of sales orders, payment checks as well as liaison with the relevant departments and organisation
- Responsible in supporting teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Adminstration or relevant
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support / customer service with knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation
- Letter of Credit knowledge will be a advantage
