- Salary Package: Basic Up to $3500 + AWS + VB + Quarterly incentive

- Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
- Working Days & Hours: 5 days work week (8am - 5pm)
Your Role, Your Influence:
- Attend to phone call, email or walk-in customer promptly and handle their feedback or complaints professionally
- Monitor and manage collection schedules and purchase order
- Work closely with internal department to ensure service delivery and collection are on time
- Filling and preparing monthly reports
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Customer Service Manager
