Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Customer Service Executive to support daily customer orders and ensure smooth coordination between customers, store, and delivery team. This role focuses on maintaining good relationships with existing customers and supporting the growth of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or messaging
Prepare Delivery Orders (D/O) and invoices
Coordinate with store and delivery team to ensure smooth and timely delivery
Follow up with customers on order status and delivery schedules
Maintain good customer relationships through regular communication
Identify and support opportunities to grow potential customers
Maintain proper customer records and documentation
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, simple accounting system)
Good communication and customer service skills
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work independently
Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administration is an advantage
