Role Overview
We are looking for a bubbly, energetic, and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to support front-facing customer interactions and daily client servicing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Candidates with prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, banking, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing service environments are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Provide excellent front-desk and customer support experience to clients
- Build strong customer relationships through warm and attentive service
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently
- Support customer retention through proactive engagement and service recovery when required
- Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
- Assist with cashiering, payment processing, and basic sales support when required
- Uphold professional grooming standards and represent the company positively at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, front desk, retail, beauty, banking, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles
- Candidates from beauty/aesthetics clinics, luxury retail, airline cabin crew, hospitality, or bank teller/credit card servicing backgrounds will have an advantage
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-spoken with good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality with strong people skills
- Energetic, bubbly, and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM/booking systems, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Positive learning attitude, responsive, and adaptable to operational needs

Working Hours & Salary
- 5-day work week (9am to 6pm)
- Salary commensurate with experience and background
