Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Engage members of the public to provide clear and helpful customer assistance and digital support for routine inquiries
- Monitor and respond to incidents on-site promptly to maintain safety and service quality
- Operate and handle equipment correctly to support contract requirements and data management
- Collect customer feedback and perform administrative tasks to support customer service center operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas to ensure a professional environment
- Report punctually before operating hours and comply with client service, conduct, and performance standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or customer handling
- Experience in public service sector environments is advantageous
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members
