Job Summary
Join Gifted & Talented Education as a Customer Service Executive to deliver excellent front desk support, manage customer inquiries, and assist with sales and administrative tasks in a dynamic education environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk to ensure a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and accurately to resolve customer needs
- Provide customer service support related to sales, including explaining programmes and processing enquiries
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and support centre operations
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and administrative duties to support smooth centre management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and administrative duties
- Completion of O level or equivalent in any discipline
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with an approachable and friendly attitude
Other Information
Working Hours
- Two weekdays off per week
- Weekend availability required
