- Coordinate closely with families, religious representatives, government authorities, and service providers to ensure the smooth and seamless delivery of funeral services.
- Oversee parlour operations and facility management, ensuring that halls, equipment, and IT systems are fully operational and properly maintained.
- Manage the procurement of supplies, handle service bookings, and maintain accurate records within the system.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to bereaved families during their time of need.
Requirements:
- As the majority of our clients are Chinese speaking, proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this role.
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
- Possess solid administrative capabilities to effectively manage daily operations.
- Exhibit empathy while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Able to work over the weekend and public holiday.
