Responsibility
Data Management - Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records to support efficient operations.
Customer Enquiry Handling - Answer incoming calls, respond to basic enquiries, and ensure professional communication.
Information Relay - Record customer details and pass relevant information to the Sales Team for follow‑up.
Administrative Support - Assist with document handling, office coordination, and general administrative tasks.
Ad‑hoc Assistance - Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors to support daily operations.
