Customer Service Executive - Funeral Service
- Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri/Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary: basic up to $3000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + On-duty incentive
Responsibility
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage incoming calls and respond to basic customer enquiries
- Record customer contact details and relay information to the Sales Team
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
