Job Description

Customer Service Executive - Funeral Service

  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri/Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $3000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + On-duty incentive

Responsibility

  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to basic customer enquiries
  • Record customer contact details and relay information to the Sales Team
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
