Job Description

Our client, a well-established MNC is seeking for a Customer Service Executive ( Frontline ) - MNC/Luxury brand - Up To $ 4,900.00 + Attractive Bonuses / MNC/ Central Area, 5 days work week, Office Hour

Requirements

  • Min a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation/ Hospitality / Tourism or relevant
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience providing face to face Customer Service functions in a Automotive industry
  • Experience in dealing with escalated cases and acting as mentor to Service Advisors
  • Senior Service Advisors who wish to move to Corporate Executive role are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work in a fast pace environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
  • Independent and team player
