Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries and order processing while coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Maintain records and support customer communications to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders accurately in the system to ensure seamless order management
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to achieve timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on orders, forecasts, delivery performance, inventory, and customer feedback
- Support customer meetings and follow up on order, delivery, and service-related matters to strengthen customer relationships
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems to manage order processing and reporting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer interactions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask to handle multiple customer orders and inquiries efficiently
