Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the main point of contact for import and export shipment enquiries.
  • Coordinate with carriers, transport providers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Prepare and process shipping, customs, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor shipment progress, provide timely updates, and resolve delivery or service issues.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow up professionally to ensure high service standards.
  • Prepare quotations and support business development opportunities through customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery arrangements where required.
  • Support billing verification, invoicing, and maintain accurate shipment records in the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or customer service
  • Good understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with carriers, transport providers, overseas agents, and customers is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with freight management or ERP systems is preferred.
