Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding / East)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle air and sea freight bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements with customers and carriers.
• Liaise with air and sea freight carriers to arrange bookings and follow up on shipment matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on booking and shipment status.
• Prepare and manage sea freight documentation, including booking records and Bills of Lading.
• Support the Customer Service team in daily operations and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to new processes knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
