Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
- To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc (if required)
- To handle all bookings for both air and sea
- To liaise with air and sea carriers
- To liaise with customers
- Perform other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE O level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
