We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, handling customers, and driving sales growth within the food service / HORECA industry.
What You Will Do
. Manage and grow existing customer accounts (restaurants, hotels, caterers, etc.)
. Identify and develop new business opportunities
. Provide professional customer service and product support
.Coordinate orders, follow-ups, and delivery arrangements
.Build long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and repeat business
Key Requirements
. Valid Class 3 driving licence
. Good driving record and responsible driving habits
. Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
. Sales-driven, independent, and proactive
. Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
.Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
Training & Onboarding
. Structured on-the-job training provided
. Expected to operate independently within 1 week
Salary & Incentives
. Basic Salary: SGD 2,600 - 3,000
. Sales Commission: Attractive, performance-based
. Transport Allowance: Provided
High performers can expect significantly higher total earnings with commission.
