Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join us

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt frontline services and perform administrative tasks and reception duties.
  • Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
  • Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
  • Identify and assess our salespersons need to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer front desk fronting.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and foster a cooperative work environment
