We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join us
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt frontline services and perform administrative tasks and reception duties.
- Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
- Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
- Identify and assess our salespersons need to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer front desk fronting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and foster a cooperative work environment
