Are you looking for a role where you will have the opportunity to interact with and build relationships with customers in the Education industry

We are looking for a service-oriented, friendly Customer Service Executive cum Admin to join our Customer Service team at our TIONG BAHRU CENTRE!

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

  • Supporting projects and initiatives to provide quality customer experience and enhance retention
  • Front-desk duties
  • Administrative Support Duties (Data entry, classroom schedule planning)
  • Speaking to customers via phone
  • Basic operations work
  • Promote Speech Academy Asia's products
  • Ensuring cleanliness of facilities
  • Handling payment collection (Cash, Nets, and Credit Card)
  • Handling customer enquiries and issues
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE:

  • Loves talking to people
  • Can commit to weekend shifts
  • Possesses basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Fluency in Language to speak to parents (Written & Spoken) .

WORKING DAYS & TIME [1hour break is included]

  • WEEKDAY: Wednesday - Friday: 1PM - 9PM
  • WEEKEND: Saturday & Sunday: 9AM - 6PM

[5 day work including weekends - 40 hours a week]

  • Tiong Bahru
