We are an established food distribution company seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients, sales, and operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and excellent client satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Key in invoices and process billing.
Send invoices to the warehouse team for packing and delivery.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Build good relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts.
Experience in customer service or order processing is a plus.
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Careful and meticulous with details (invoices and numbers).
Able to use basic computer programs like MS Excel and Word.
