About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, maintenance and security of all goods and equipment within the warehouse operation. You will coordinate with customers and concerned parties for logistics arrangements including order processing, instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, logistics operations, WMS, billing, and claims.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and concerned parties for logistics arrangements (order processing, instruction, Standard Operating Procedures, logistics operations including WMS, billing, claims, etc)
Monitor and ensure the effective communication and work relation with customers. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely manner.
Assist the team to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction
Proactively participate in Business Excellence Program of the company
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email and other channels.
Process customer orders, track shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback and actions taken.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Work closely with sales, operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback, recurring issues and service metrics.
About you
Diploma and above qualification in logistics or related equivalent qualification
2 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required, preferably in warehouse operations
General knowledge on logistics and freight forwarding businesses
Customer service skills
Effective communication
Proficient in computer skills and applications including emails, data entry and Microsoft office, Warehouse Management System is a must.
