Job Description

Location: Bedok
1 yr renewable contract

Minimally Nitec qualifications with 2-year Customer Service Experience in non-technical call center environment.

Diploma and above with minimum 1-year Customer Service Experience in non-technical call center environment.

Good command of written and verbal communication.

Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.
