You will be the voice and face of our company, bridging operations and clients to ensure every order, delivery and request runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via communication channels such as phone, email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams
Prepare service quotations, delivery orders and billing documents
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service feedback
Follow up proactively on service issues, customer complaints and resolution tracking
Build positive, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We are Looking For:
Minimum GCE O Level/Diploma in Business, Hospitality or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service /client coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, resourceful and customer-oriented with good problem-solving attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, data entry and basic ERP/CRM systems
