Job Description

Responsibilities
1) Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs

2) Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction

3) To be in charge of Customer's payment status. Ensure timely payment from customers.

4) Prepare daily invoices for Installation, filter change, service documentation and assisting with filter change esp from e-shop.

5) To convert service form to invoice especially for return of dispensers after repair.

6) To coordinate with Technical department on repaired system for timely return to customers.

7) Perform daily update of delivery schedule to ensure accurate planning of delivery routes.

8) Make reminder calls and send message or email to customers to change filters and schedule appointments.

9) To record service calls in the excel sheet and makes sure that all are attended on a fast manner.

10) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, feedbacks and requests, as well as actions taken.

11) Work with Accounts Dept to ensure payment collection for transactions on C.O.D term.

12) Handles all sales related documents and ensure all documents are filed orderly to meet audit requirements.

13) Ensure timely and professional responses to all inquiries, complaints and requests received.

Pre-requisites

. Experience in supporting sales team

. Knowledge of MYOB will be an added advantage
. Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
. Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
. Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
. Willing to work 5.5 days alternate work-week

.. Salary will be compensated with relevant experience

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat - 2 Sat off per month upon confirmation)
