Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Handling feedback/enquiries from internal and external via emails, calls and WhatsApp.
  • Work closely with operations team to resolve feedback / issues
  • Updating feedback in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Evreka).
  • Ensure that all feedback is promptly followed up on and responded to by the relevant parties.
  • Any other job assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N / O Level qualification.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Working hours:

  • Work-from-home basis (report to office one day per month)
  • Fixed Monday off
  • Tuesday to Friday - 5.30pm to 10.30pm
  • Weekends and Public holiday - 8.30am to 10.30pm
