Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and repair quotations in the ERP system
- Manage customer enquiries and provide repair status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment and shipment schedules
- Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain customer master data and pricing records
- Prepare reports and support RFQ activities
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP experience is preferred
