Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management
  • Deliver an excellent level of customer service to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Deliver fantastic service and sell to new and existing customers via voice call, email and/or online chat bot
  • Manage all incoming calls for pre-sales enquiries, sales enquiries
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls to customers to help deepen relationships and cross-sell, upsell our products and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • General Insurance (BCP and PGI) certification would be an advantage.
  • Insurance call centre work experience preferred.
