Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer interactions across pre-sales, point-of-sale, and post-sales stages.
  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, warranty cases, and service requests professionally.
  • Process orders, quotations, and spare-part requests accurately while coordinating with factory and logistics teams.
  • Interpret spare-part diagrams to identify required components and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries and quotations.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet personal and departmental targets while maintaining strong customer-care focus.
  • Support administrative tasks, including regional training coordination and internal communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Basic technical understanding of commercial beverage and food service equipment and ability to apply technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with confidence interacting at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Results-driven, organized, and capable of working independently to manage multiple tasks effectively.
