Our client is a MNC, one of the largest players in the Real Estate Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Customer Service Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.
They are located at Bugis - Walking distance from the MRT station.
5.5 days work week - Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm
Duties
- Conduct pre-handover unit inspections, identify defects, and coordinate with contractors for timely rectification.
- Provide regular progress updates to the developer and prepare complete handover documentation for owners.
- Coordinate and manage handover appointments, guiding owners through the process and addressing related queries.
- Act as the main liaison between owners and contractors to ensure defects are resolved within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records, including handover documentation, defect tracking logs, and key/access card control.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in unit handover and defects management.
- Possesses a diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Detail-focused and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
