Act as the main point of contact for marine customers, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules for marine lubricants and related products.
Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries worldwide.
Maintain customer accounts, contracts, and documentation, and proactively update customers on order status and shipment details.
Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, pricing agreements, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with technical teams to address product inquiries, manage samples, and support lubrication surveys and documentation.
Assist in sales reporting, market intelligence gathering, and tracking competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and documentation standards.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
2-3 years experience in customer service, sales support, or operations, preferably in marine, shipping, lubricants, or oil & gas industries.
Familiarity with marine lubricants or vessel supply operations is an advantage.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM and ERP systems.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
