Role Overview

This is an outdoor service technician role requiring travel to customer sites to service and support multifunction devices (MFDs) such as printers and copiers.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance for customers MFDs (copiers/printers)

Troubleshoot monochrome and colour printers in networked environments

Manage assigned inventory, spare parts, tools, and equipment

Update internal records promptly and ensure clear communication on service call status

Support team coordination and deliver quality customer service
