Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at the collection counter, including order issuance and customer inquiries
• Handle product exchanges accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies
• Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant and customer-oriented personality
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
