We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Customer Service cum Admin Executive to bridge the gap between clients, suppliers, internal technical teams, and management. Job Summary

You will manage the end-to-end customer account lifecycle-from inquiries and contract vetting to fulfillment and after-sales support. This role acts as a key coordinator across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Company Directors to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Order & Contract Management: Process quotations, sales agreements, POs, invoices, and shipping documents (DO, packing lists). Assist with preliminary vetting of NDAs, MOUs, and commercial contracts.

. Logistics & Technical Coordination: Organize air freight/export shipping, manage lead times, and develop logistics SOPs. Act as the liaison between clients and suppliers for technical inquiries.

. Operational Support: Formulate product serial numbers, manage warranty forms, handle customer questionnaires, and maintain accurate pricing tables and customer databases.

. Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries, manage issues/feedback, and maintain strong relationships through periodic follow-ups.

. Executive & Admin Support: Manage schedules and meeting appointments and administration duties. Ensure proper project filing and documentation for audit readiness.

Requirements

. Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

. Experience: 1-3 years in sales coordination, operations support, or customer service. Experience in engineering, green energy, or logistics is highly advantageous.

. Skills:

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail.

o Proactive, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

. Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft , high-volume inquiry management, and basic contractual documentation.
