Job Summary

You will deliver responsive customer service and efficient administrative support to enhance operational workflows. Manage quotations, shipping, and order processing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate engineering maintenance and support overseas affiliates to drive seamless business operations.

Responsibilities

Customer Service and Administrative Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies inventory and order as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain office common areas.

Quotations & Shipping:

  • Obtain and compare freight charges quotations from different suppliers.
  • Evaluate and select the best quotes for shipping charges and other related services.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure purchases are received on time to meet customers delivery dates.

Order Processing:

  • Process orders, shipments, invoices, and submission of invoices after delivery.
  • Handle online order processing.
  • Receive and manage incoming shipments.

Engineering & Maintenance:

  • Schedule preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs for the engineering departments.
  • Provide quotations and process purchase orders from customers when required.

Overseas Support:

  • Assist overseas affiliates with shipping, documents and other administration matters.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication and coordination with international partners.
