Customer Service Coordinator

Brief Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to manage day-to-day data processing and inventory control. This role ensures efficient shipment coordination and maintains strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service support via phone and email.
2. Prepare shipping and import/export documentation according to established procedures and generate invoices post-shipment.
3. Monitor and ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
4. Achieve Key Performance Indexes for all incoming and outgoing activities.
5. Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to execute warehouse activities and fulfill orders effectively.
6. Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
7. Perform general housekeeping duties to uphold workplace standards.
8. Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Minimum O'level with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Computer literacy (proficient in MS Office).
3. Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
4. Availability to work overtime as required.
