Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic sales team where you'll play a crucial role in driving customer care and sales support. This position offers an opportunity to engage with diverse markets while independently managing sales processes and contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving overall sales goals. Manage customer care and sales support autonomously for assigned markets, including handling quotations and orders. Prepare and review quotations, ensuring proper margin controls and monitoring sales performance for dedicated accounts. Maintain and organize all databases and filing systems efficiently. Oversee order processing, including backorders, in collaboration with the relevant sales, procurement, and management teams. Relay all customer and market information promptly to supervisors. Generate sales-related evaluations and analyze market trends in coordination with the sales manager. Assist in implementing marketing strategies in conjunction with the marketing department at headquarters. Support the sales manager and general manager with travel arrangements and market visits, either jointly or independently. Participate in projects, documenting results effectively. Train new sales coordinators on relevant processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with all outlined duties as per the sales manual. Contribute actively to quality management initiatives and participate in training programs. Provide backup for shipping logistics, including necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in SAP or Navision. Self-motivated and capable of independent work. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and coordination skills.
