- Position : Customer Service Coordinator (Order Management/ERP /Manufacturing)
- Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders within KPI and turnaround timelines
- Verify pricing accuracy and ensure quote alignment before order processing
- Issue PO acknowledgements to customers and escalate pricing discrepancies
- Coordinate with Quotation, Production, and Engineering teams on order updates
- Update shipment/job order details in ERP system and handle data entry support
- Track KPIs such as PO processing time and sales bookings, and prepare progress updates
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing / operations
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, supply chain flow, and quality systems such as FA, RMA, and ECN
