Customer Service Coordinator

Our growing company specialises in installation ,testing and commissioning of automated material handling system(AMHS), is seeking to hire a enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Coordinator .

Jobs Description :

1. Candidate will be responsible to handle site installation defects comment by customer to provide solution to address the issue .

2. Candidate will be responsible for supervising and organising your team members for testing and commissioning , after sales service .

3. Candidate will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your team members , setting individual task target and facilitate the ongoing training of your team members.

4. Candidate are required to handle and operate AMHS equipment .

To succeed in this position,candidates should have exceptional communication,AMHS experienced and display good leadership quality,Candidate should be resourceful,analytical,adaptable and organised with the ability to build rapport with site manager .

1. Years of experienced in handling AMHS equipment .

2. Ability to lead an AMHS installation team with minimum guidance .

3. Experience in troubleshooting and error recovery of AMHS equipment .

4. Able to support travel oversea if required.
