Customer Service Consultant (Inbound | 1 year contract)

. Dealing with customer enquiries via inbound calls

. CBD Area / Standard Office Hours (Monday - Friday)

. Salary up to $ 3,500 + Completion bonus

. Min 1 year call centre customer service experience (Experience in Financial industry is a plus!)

. 1 Year Contract (Highly renewable / convertible)

Job Responsibilities:

. Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care

. Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system

. Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise

. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards

. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience

. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey

. Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning

What You'll Bring:

. Min 1 year Customer service experience in a Contact Centre environment is a MUST!

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

. Bilingual is preferred to deal with people from all walks of life

. Passionate about customer care and creating positive outcomes

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with contact centre systems

. Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage
