Main Responsibilities
Base at customer office at Orchard Road
- Liaise with customers and warehouse CS for daily orders
- Perform entries in SAP
- Co-ordinate with customers on orders
- Issue outbound instruction and release to warehouse CS
- Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation & shipping requirements
- Co-ordinate with forwarder on shipments
- Send reports requested by customer
- Any other task assign by customer
Requirements
- Knows about shipping documentation will be advantage
- Some experience in Logistics / Shipping Customer Service background
- Know SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Willing to work overtime (if required
