Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information on company products and services.
  • Handle customer orders, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process and maintain customer records, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer-related records.
  • Assist in general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Support daily office operations and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Relevant customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
